Founder

Born and raised in Ulster County, Donald founded Colonial Roofing in 1951. Dedicating almost sixty years to serving not only the company, but our community, Donald still checks in on a daily basis, overseeing everyday operations.

Richard Oakley
President

Following in his father’s footsteps, Richard began working with a hot-tar crew at the age of 18, working his way up to where he is today, President of Colonial Roofing.  He is knowledgeable with a Bachelor’s degree from RIT as well as through his experience within the family business.

Jessica Oakley
Third Generation Sales Consultant

Continuing the family tradition, Jessica is our Third Generation Sales Consultant. Graduating with a marketing degree from SUNY New Paltz, Jessica entered the family business gaining experience from the ground up. She began working with our roofing and siding crews, and today you know her as your sales consultant.

Paul Saehloff
Sales Consultant

Also a member of the family, Richard’s brother-in-law, Paul has over 30 years of experience in the construction industry. Paul is approaching a decade as a sales consultant and team member here at Colonial Roofing.

Amy Yanosh
Office Manager

Just as close as family, Amy has been a friend of the Oakley famiy for over 20 years. She became a member of the Colonial Roofing team four years ago with a marketing degree from Siena College. Maintaining office operations, Amy is always available to answer your call.

The Installers

Colonial Roofing operates with several crews, specializing in the installation of each product we offer. Each crew is lead by a foreman, highly skilled to ensure satisfaction on each and every job. Our qualified foremen are in charge of completing the tasks at hand, and each has been employed with our company for 15 years or more. Colonial Roofing does not subcontract or use piece workers for any of our work. Every job is done by a Colonial Roofing employee.
