We do not sub-contract. In order to ensure quality control and customer satisfaction, every job is done by our own qualified employees. Each job is supervised by a foreman with an average of 15 years of experience. This is your assurance of quality, durability, and value. We still use hammer and nails upon request. Installation with hammer and nails has a different "feel"; this gives the roofer an enlightened view on the condition of the roof sheathing and makes them more aware of any problems they might encounter. There's no substitute for an experienced person with a feel for the job and Colonial Roofing & Siding Company, Inc., won't adopt a new technology for its own sake.

We are fully insured with full workmen's compensation and general liability insurance which covers the homeowner completely. We also carry all necessary Torch Down insurances for rubber roofing. This is further proof that we care about our customers. We don't expect you to be liable to insure our worker—that's our job.
